Would you like to be able to find peace of mind?

Stress, anguish, anxiety - you experience them daily, and they've become negative fixtures in your life.

The speed of information, the abundance of bad news, the overwhelming number of situations...

All of these negatively affect your mood.

There's intense mental activity due to the differences between your personal beliefs and the observable universe.

These differences create a disconnect between your thoughts and universal reality. Mental stress.

Achieving a neutral and coherent vision brings you more existential tranquility through understanding the macro-universe (external) and the micro-cosmos (internal) and how they interact.

You can be in constant expansion by learning about yourself and your environment.

Do you want to free yourself from the stress, anguish, and anxiety that overwhelm us daily?

Learn to expand your consciousness and find the tranquility you've been seeking.

Why is achieving peace of mind so important?

Before, I was in search of happiness. It's what most of us always seek and yearn for: to feel happy all the time.

But happiness is always fleeting. Traveling, partying, buying unnecessary items, dressing fashionably.

All instant and momentary happiness.

I came to the conclusion that it's impossible to feel happy all the time.

It's physiologically impossible to feel happy every day. The limited production of serotonin doesn't allow it.

This disconnect between what I sought and felt in daily life made me change my existential paradigm.

I defined something that is achievable every day, all the time.

Something more real...

Tranquility, peace of mind.

It's a state of being found within each of us, regardless of circumstances, also within you!

Learn to enjoy every moment of life, both happy and less happy ones, and to navigate your emotions with serenity.

Why is it important to have your own life philosophy?

There are many reasons.

First, it defines what's important to you and what you want to achieve in life.

When you have a clear vision of your values and goals, you can make better decisions and focus on the things that truly matter to you.

Second, having your own life philosophy allows you to set priorities and manage your time and energy more effectively.

Instead of constantly reacting to external demands, you can be proactive and work towards your goals.

Third, having your own life philosophy can help you manage stress and anxiety.

When you feel lost or directionless in life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by circumstances.

But when you have a clear vision of your purpose and values, you can find a sense of meaning and purpose that helps you overcome obstacles and maintain a positive attitude.

Lastly, having your own life philosophy allows you to be more authentic and consistent with your values and beliefs.

When you know what's important to you, you can live according to those values and have a more authentic and satisfying life.

In conclusion, having your own life philosophy can make a big difference in how we live our lives.

It allows us to have a clear vision of our values and goals, set priorities, and manage our time and energy more effectively. It also helps us manage stress and anxiety.

Interview with the philosopher:

Question: What inspired you to write "A Theory About Everything: The Natural Philosophy of Life and Love"?

Adriaan: I've always been fascinated by life's big questions: Why are we here? What's the purpose of our existence? And how can we find true happiness and fulfillment? I've spent many years studying philosophy, spirituality, and science to find answers to these questions. The book is the result of that journey, the culmination of my thoughts and reflections on everything between human beings and the universe.

Q: Can you tell us more about the philosophy presented in your book?

A: "A Theory About Everything" presents a comprehensive philosophy of life that draws from science, life philosophy, and spirituality. It offers a mental and stimulating guide to living a life with purpose and meaning. The book covers topics such as love, life and death, time, female and male sxuality, self-awareness, knowledge, the universe, ancestral wisdom. It's about religions and science. Natural philosophy and alchemy. A bit about everything, and everything about a bit. It's a temporary conclusion to the observations of a lifetime of contemplation, from adventure to adventure.

Q: Who do you think would benefit most from reading your book?

A: I believe anyone who wants to live a fuller life can benefit from reading it. The book is written in a clear and accessible style, and offers a system of thought and point of view consistent with the universe. Deep questions and simple answers to follow. Thoughts you can apply in your daily life. It's for those interested in applied philosophy.

Q: How does your philosophy differ from other self-help books?

A: While most self-help books focus on quick fixes and behavior changes, "A Theory About Everything" takes a deeper approach to personal growth. It presents a comprehensive philosophy that integrates all disciplines, including philosophy, spirituality, science, and self-help, to provide a holistic and nuanced perspective on life, love, and the universe. The book encourages readers to question their assumptions and beliefs and develop a more conscious, coherent, and intentional approach to life.

Q: Can you share a key conclusion from the book?

A: A key conclusion of the book is that we are all interconnected and our well-being is linked to the well-being of others and the planet. The philosophy presented in the book emphasizes the importance of compassion, empathy, and mindfulness in fostering deeper connections with ourselves, others, and the universe around us. By recognizing our interconnection, we can cultivate a more meaningful and fulfilling existence.

Q: What is the meaning of life according to your theory About everything?

A: The meaning of life is subjective and personal. It's up to each individual to find their own meaning in life. However, there are some common themes that are important, such as love, connection, and contribution. Ultimately, the meaning of life is to live a full life that's aligned with our values and purpose.

Q: What is the higher state of being?

A: The higher state of being is a state of consciousness that transcends our ordinary experience. It's a state of connection with the universe and everything around us. It's a state of consciousness free from the domination of the ego and the needs of our physical body. You are your soul, and you use your ego and your body as you wish. It's not just about mastering passions; after a long time of doing that, the passions go away. You become free of them.

How can a book on life philosophy help calm the mind?

In reality, the book alone can't do that, but what it can do is help you understand your environment in a way that's more coherent with the universe and align your personal beliefs or life philosophy with observed reality.

This book is an opportunity to expand your mind in both theoretical and practical terms.

It's an endless process, but one that can be very enriching.

The life philosophy I describe in the book is based on principles of how human beings function and their relationship with the universe. It took me over 30 years of research and personal reflection to develop it, and I'm sure it will provide you with different creative and original viewpoints.

I hope it inspires you to formulate your own life philosophy, your values, goals, and personal beliefs. This whole process of understanding how you fit into the universe will give you greater stability and, therefore, existential peace. I want to share with you what I consider the most important thing in life: love, the most important life force after life force itself. I'm gifting you the chapter "What is love?", where you'll discover that love is a state of being that is cultivated through daily practice.
